Should an emergency arise, our employees will direct you to the emergency exit lane.

Light Of Christmas Ticketing is committed to keeping your personal information strictly confidential. Only the organization of the performance for which tickets were purchased will retain your information. When we collect your personal information (i.e. name, address, e-mail, and telephone number) it is in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to notify you about program updates, services and answer inquiries. Beyond the presenting organization for your event it is our policy not to disclose any of your personal information at any time, unless you tell us to do so. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. From time to time, we'll share aggregated (collective) information about our members as a group, or generate aggregate reports and market research for business partners. These reports will not identify individual members.
Please keep security in mind as you reach other websites through links from Light Of Christmas Drive Thru Ticketing. Each separate company has its own privacy policies and practices and may market to you accordingly. Conditions of Sale
All sales are final and all tickets are non-refundable. Prices and policies are subject to change. Tickets are transferable but cannot be resold. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the Light Of Christmas experience. No alcohol, drugs, weapons, food, or glass containers allowed. Recording devices, still cameras, and video cameras are permitted. You hereby consent to the use of your image or likeness incidental to any display, transmission, or reproduction of the event.
Guest agrees to remain within their vehicle at all times during the Light Of Christmas experience. Guest assumes any damage to Light Of Christmas property caused by guest’s negligent and/or reckless conduct, including negligent or reckless operation of guest’s vehicle. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Light Of Christmas will not be responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen personal items. Guest assumes all responsibility for personal items, including but not limited to cameras, clothing, jewelry, electronic devices, purses, wallets, and all other personal items.
Refunds & Ticket Rescheduling
At Light Of Christmas, we hold your experience in high regard and strive to provide you with an exceptional time at our events. Our operational model closely mirrors that of concerts and other live events, leading us to enforce a non-refundable ticket policy. Our operations are intricately planned to accommodate our pre-purchased ticket holders, and we are unable to fill vacant spots when tickets go unused.
This commitment stems from our dedication to creating an experience-friendly environment. To this end, we've made the decision to discontinue drive-up sales, granting access exclusively to pre-purchased ticket holders. This approach ensures that both you and other guests can attend the event in a timely, organized, and enjoyable manner. Yet, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes hinder your attendance at our parks. In such instances, Light Of Christmas extends a one-time rebooking opportunity. To qualify for rebooking, your request must be submitted at least 48 hours before your originally scheduled date and time. The rescheduled date and time will be of equal value and within the same season as the ticket you initially purchased.
Please be aware that rebooking requests made within 48 hours of the reserved date and time cannot be accommodated. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support of our policies, as they play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all event attendees. Should you have any inquiries or require further assistance regarding refunds or rebooking, our customer support team is readily available to assist you. Additionally, like concerts and other live events, our operations are subject to occasional cancellations or postponements due to various reasons. In the case of an event cancellation, we will communicate refund procedures and specify any applicable limitations. It is your responsibility to verify the status of an event, including its date and time. While we make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders about cancellations, we cannot guarantee that all ticket holders will be informed before the scheduled event date. As a general rule, all ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable. Our policies prohibit exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been completed, and we are unable to refund tickets that have been lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed. Ticket exchanges or refunds are only applicable if the event is canceled. For rescheduled events, if you are unable to attend the new date, a full refund will be provided, with the exception of processing fees. All refunds for any transaction amount related to a purchase will be credited back to the original payment method.
Weather Policy
In the unlikely event of a severe weather event or Act of God that may inhibit operation of the Light Of Christmas experience, guests will be provided a replacement ticket for another date and time during the same operating season, subject to availability, or a replacement ticket for the following operating season.
Prices/Rates/Availability/Amending Departure Times
Rates, times and schedules are subject to change by management’s discretion, and management reserves the right to modify or amend your tour time on a given date based on operational requirements, or maintenance issues. Management will do everything in their power to advise our guests ahead of time of any tour time adjustments that may be required.
Flashing Lights
Flashing/Strobe lighting effects will be used. Visitors that may suffer from epilepsy & other visual light stimulation effects are advised not to enter. If you choose to enter you are doing so at your own risk, Light Of Christmas and its affiliates are not responsible for any related injury or death.
Photo Release
I grant to Light Of Christmas, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs of me, my children, and my property in connection with the above identified subject. I authorize Light Of Christmas, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Light Of Christmas may use such photographs of me, my children, and my property with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content and without compensation.
By visiting Light Of Christmas, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Light Of Christmas reserves the right to change these policies in its own discretion at any time.
